Founded in early 2008 Beijing Tianhai

Cryogenic Equipment Co., Ltd. is an international

operating company, which

manufactures tanks and equipment for liquid

industrial gases, CO2 and LNG. With

international qualified and experienced

work force and wide range of machinery

and equipment BTCE can produce according

to the requirement of the national

and international standards for high quality

products. We are certified according to

ISO 9001:2000, Chinese Pressure Vessel

Code, EN Code 97/23/EC PED (Pressure

Equipment Directive) and TPED1999/36/

EC/ADR, Australia/New Zealand AS1210,

Malaysia DOSH approval etc.

BTCE provides a wide range of products

like tanks with capacities from 3m3 to

500m3 vertical / horizontal bulk tanks; 5m3

to 50m3 trailers and IMO containers at different

working pressures.

 

VT/HT STANDARD TANKS

BTCE VT/HT tanks are designed for liquefied air gas, including

nitrogen, oxygen and argon, which are vertical or

horizontal stationary pressure vessels with vacuum perlite

insulation. The VT/HT standard tanks are available in capacities

from 5m3 to 100m3 with maximum allowable working

pressure from 8 to 16 bar and designed according to

Chinese Code, AD2000-Merblatt, EN Code and 97/23/EC

PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), Australia/New Zealand

AS1210 etc.

 

Special design for pressure and volume are available on special request. Thermo siphon tanks are available for all models. Design and specification are subject to change without prior notice.

 

BTCE super large tanks are designed for liquefied air gas, including

Nitrogen, Oxygen and Argon; Liquid Natural Gas which

are vertical or horizontal stationary pressure vessels with vacuum

perlite insulation. The serial super large tanks are available

in capacities from 150m3 to 350m3 with maximum allowable

working pressure from 2 to 37 bar and designed according

to Chinese Code, AD2000-Merkblatt, EN Code and 97/23/EC

PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), Australia/New Zealand

AS1210 etc.

BTCE VTC/HTC tanks are designed

for liquefied carbon dioxide,

which are vertical/horizontal

stationary pressure vessels

with vacuum perlite insulation.

 

The VTC/HTC standard tanks

are available in capacities from

10m3 to 70m3 with maximum

allowable working pressure of

22bar to 25bar with stainless

steel or carbon steel material

of inner vessel and designed

according to Chinese Code,

AD2000-Merkblatt, EN Code

and 97/23/EC PED (Pressure

Equipment Directive), Australia/

New Zealand AS1210 etc.

 

BTCE VTN/HTN tanks are designed for LNG (liquefied natural

gas), which are vertical / horizontal stationary pressure

vessels with vacuum perlite insulation. The VTN/HTN standard

tanks are available in capacities from 20m³ to 100m³

with maximum allowable working pressure from 8 to16 bar

and designed according to Chinese Code, AD2000-Merkblatt,

EN Code and 97/23/EC PED (Pressure Equipment

Directive), Australia/New Zealand AS1210 etc.

 

BTCE ISO intermodal containers are designed for transport

cryogenic liquids, including Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon,

Liquid Natural gas, carbon dioxide, which can be transported

world-wide by ship, rail and road. The containers

are available ISO 20 feet and ISO 40 feet with maximum

allowable working pressure of 2bar to 37bar, with stainless

steel inner vessel and vacuum multi-laminar super

insulation. designed according to Chinese Pressure Vessel

Code, AD2000-Merkblatt, EN Code and TPED 1999/36/

EC, Australia / New Zealand AS1210 etc.
